You need 1 of each of the 2 star rare legendary bird full arts THAT LOOK LIKE PAINTINGS. The ones like pic related
(And yes, like charmander or zubat, the game will lock you out from getting the last one no matter how many packs you open, for fun)
(That’s why I made sure to save moltres for last tho, so I can pull for that plus full art Sabrina and Erica in charizard packs)
