The same goes for a lot of series, the public always asks for news and complains about the monotonous, but at the end of the day they always return to their comfort zone, this is the explanation of why until now franchises like Doraemon are still valid , you can leave them for a long time and return to these and not feel out of place.
Maybe nobody likes this point of view, but look in any big franchise and always ends up returning to its starting point.
