Now learns Weather Ball, Earth Power (optional)

Instead of making it a generic fast Quiver Dance sweeper, I decided to increase its physical bulk to make it a better bulky Dance pokemon. That way it can take attacks better while accumulating boosts, with the added bonus of recovery via Strength Sap. Flower Veil however is a big chance and it alone might cause Bellossom to rise up a tier or two. Weather Ball is there for some extra utility in weather, while Earth Power is an optional addition for coverage

Bellossom doesn’t really need that much in terms of move pool or stats. Giving it some HP will help it take hits and a small speed boost to increase some slower Pokémon after a quiver dance boost, while retaining its niche as a bulky setter
