>>21175102Nah, it works fine in OU. First you use Fake-Out on one of those frail attackers and on the second turn you often finish them off with Double Hit. Also if they have a weak Pokemon you use Power-Up Punch to finish them off and get an attack boost. The next Pokemon that comes in usually takes the powered up Double Hit before you go down.
