just use rby Kanto with gen 2 engine/mechanics/spritework. Keep all the core Kanto journey along the way(maybe add a few moves for a few trainers here and there) and add a gimped version of jhoto, (fuck it no whirl islands, no mt silver etc). I don't want some Reddit / kaizo / nuzlocke bullshit, just something that would reflect what the original team would made for purchase that would have had to all fit in an original Game Boy cartridge.
