They tried to make it balanced across all its stats but it doesnt work because of the typing sot hey just need to double down on it and Boost those attack and speed stats up to make it a scary ass sweeper that only gets stopped by Sp.Def Walls or bulky types with resistance to it that can hit back because of Zards weak Defense stats.
