So the new girl can't be Lillie or melody. I know it's an AU but it's not the kind where everyone is drastically different. Everyone seems to have kept their personality while getting some minor changes to their outfits so it wouldn't make any sense for her to be this universe's Lillie. As far as we've seen nobody has gotten replaced either. Makoto and misty both exist in this universe and so do all the movie characters so it's safe to assume melody exist too. So as for the new girl I think she's just another OC like makoto
