My one goal in life is to make Raichu as usable as possible. Anyone know a good physical set? It would be nice to use the signature Volt Tackle.
Not gimmicky, and pretty Smogon-tier, but currently, this set gets me a surprisingly amount of KOs in OU (low-tier OU, I'm no pro here):
