Mine was my Arbok Serpia, I got her on my first FireRed playthrough as an ekans and levelled her up from 15 to 100.
I beat every gym leader from then with her. I took her from FR to Diamond, and sweeped the entire game with her, the same with Pearl, Platinum, Soul Silver, and Heart Gold. I transfered her over as soon as I could and she never acted out, it was as if she knew it was me even through the new games and characters.
I took her everywhere with me when I got the pokewalker, I took her to high school, family reunions, and even my grandmother's funeral. Her sprite seemed almost sad that day...
I lost her two years ago when I lost my pokewalker, when I occasionally think of her a wave of sadness washes over my body and I feel sick to my stomach knowing that she could be waiting for me in the grass somewhere and I will never find her because I moved away.
I think I need to cry now.
