I collect a LOT of Pokemon merch. Mostly plush dolls and figures, but I have tons of phone charms, keychains, some shirts, accessories.....being a girl makes this a bit more socially acceptable I think though? I don't know.

Bitch I play all the damn spinoffs that get made. Mystery Dungeon has been my favourite, but I loved both Poke Park games on the Wii, the Stadium/Battle revolution series, Pokemon Rumble, Pokemon Channel, Pokemon Snap, you name it.
And I already answered the second part of that question. Plush and posters and figures make up like 75% of my room.

Literally all of it. The Pokemon themselves, the characters, the fact that they are solid, seriously good games in their own right, the story, the collectability, everything.
