I was playing Pokemon Divine Sword, the documentation says you can evolve a Pikachu into Alolan Raichu with a Sun Stone, but it seems that is not possible, I just can't use the stone on it at all. I heard you can use Pokehex to edit pokemon, is there a way to turn my pikachu into the alolan raichu and have the stats increases that the evolution would do? Or would I have to edit all stats? Also the alolan raichu's special attack is slightly buffed in that ROMhack

If I had actually paid 60 dollars for the shitty easy real game I don't know though, it was definitely rough around the edges
