Ditto is in the dex for breeding. Smeargle is in the dex due to its utility, similarly to why I added Butterfree due to Compound Eyes. Chatot is in the dex because I luv him.
I was thinking about putting the Starly line there in place of the Fletchling line due to how many fire types there are in the dex and because it's popular but eh, I wasn't sure, especially because there are already far too many Edgemons in the dex for my liking.
Might've been better to just have Rattata and Pidgey at the start instead of Poochyena and Fletchling as it'd create a sense of familiarity for people coming in to the game.
