>>32088001Unless there's a reference or flavor I'm missing, it looks like an animal that was made into an ice type for the sake of it. As in, there are no features that would explain or justify it, and like another anon said, the ice crystals seem more slapped on than anything,
Pic related is my take on an ostrich who also happens to be an ice type. Definitely goofier than my usual entries, but I feel that the ice typing is justified since it stands in contrast to the fire typing thanks to the thermometer incorporated into the design. Not saying my design is flawless, but it's generally better to be creative with concepts rather than using known cliches to fashion any kind of creature into the typing you want.
>>32088362Love your work. Not really sure how much I agree with the flavor behind this one since it sounds unusually convoluted (or dare I say edgy), particularly the fire balls and how they for some reason can attach to them? Some lore/background would be nice, but it's not like all myths and legends can be directly lifted onto a pokemon design.
I'd say the letters on one of the gravestones could be removed, since it'd be unusual for them to appear spontaneously like that. First thought the cross could go too, but then I remembered how some spiders have a symbol like that on them, so I guess it checks out.
