First name Crystal (Kurisu), translated as Kris. Second name was probably Marina as far as I'm aware and so passed to anime, but wasn't translated there
As you know first names in first version are usually thought to be proper ones.
Anime used second names till third gen, then switched to first names which weren't based on colours. It's funny Gold appeared under name Jimmy and Hibiki in anime, both Crystal and Lyra appeared in D/P season too.
It's not incorrect to call her Crystal like in manga, in fact it was said there Kris/Crys is shortcurt from it.
Hibiki (Ethan) and Kotone (Lyra) is invention of fourth gen
