Genger tops Mew though because while Mew can get back much of what it lost Gengar never can he can only move forward.
Honorable mention would be your partner in Blue rescue team. You rip his heart to shreds and dance on the pieces at the end of the game, your return looks to be the happiest day of his live but as time goes on and you resume your role on the team he grows listless and distant eventually accusing you of showboating after he himself had a taste of being the leader. While sour I found that realistic.
