I think it would be a good idea to remove the gray scale and work around only one or two different colors, something like pic related. Also, don't leave free space on the header, it's unsettling. I removed those colors from the moves because I thought it was a bit too much.
Anyway, this is my opinion about it, hope you like it, but it's your spreadsheet, do what you feel happier doing,
