I suppose Corsola would make the most use of it, but its typing is bad and would have to burn a move slot on Refresh or forgo Regenerator for Natural Cure to properly wall. It also doesn't have Heal Bell or Wish so it's team supportability is middling at best.
Knock off is so ubiquitous besides, I've never really thought of Evolite as particularly game breaking.
