It depends on what I want to do with the team build. In terms of ignoring "realism" and doing it for battling and fun, I'd most certainly use my favorites, especially on the competitive side. Excadrill, Hydreigon, Volcarona, Gastrodon, Aegislash, and Mega Lopunny.
However, in a realistic sense of just being another sort of NPC in the Pokemon world, I'd probably settle down in Unova, and build and have my team as the pic related. Most of these Pokemon are among my favortites and should be fair maintenance with not much intense hassle to raise. Along with that, all of them should be accessible in Unova. With Lampent, I'd evolve it into Chandelure but give or take a Dusk Stone isn't exactly common unless you grind the cave spots, and I'd imagine Fraxure would need a lot of time and investment to become Haxorus which may not be easy for a normal trainer.
