One of my favourite designs, he's Sanic fast, could (in theory) make a great Baton Passer because of Speed Boost, but has a solid enough movepool and medium-high attack that he can attack and not just be a BP gimmick.
Too bad he's bug-type and made of paper, plus GF replaced him with Scolipede who is essentially a clone of him except better.
