Lampent would look similar to the left pic but with a cone on the bottom that could dispense wax in slow drops or spurt it out in a quick fashion. Right pic is what I'd imagine R. Chandelure to look like with each end of its appendages looking more like a nozzle to squirt out it's magical wax. The handing thing bottom of the center body could be like a "tongue" of sorts that can tastes its preys pleasure.
