some people are somewhat "ugly" but have the obsessive personality type where they hyperfixate on sex
therefore getting "a lot" of it
personally i dont think its very healthy to engage in self-destructive behaviors &
all routines are habits that show underlying problems\trauma that must be properly dealt with...
