Since Wooper didn't have a fully complete animation set, I decided to make the missing Wooper animations myself. They're mostly just spliced from other Wooper animations so they're not as good as fully custom ones but it's better than nothing, once I get the .zip file all set I'll import it into skytemple and see if it works there and then upload it to the repository.
