But look at pic related. Bad? Yes, but it doesn't feel artificially bad. There's obviously an attempt by having a relatively good ability and a decent attack given its cost. It's obviously not good enough to be meta, but it at least feels like an attempt. Sensible energy cost, decent and unique ability, clean 2HKO potential, and you even get a branching path with Blaziken GX. I think pic related is the correct way to make a shit card, while Heatran has too many obvious problems.
