Gonna doodle the other forms later, But the style change is rotten eggs, shoulder devils and bats.

Regional Togepi based on Bad Egg/rotten eggs + Sulfer + Devils.

A flip on Togepi that is a goopy ectoplasmic Ghost/Dark type. It evolves into Togefur (because Sulfur/Lucifur) and Togevile (because Evil/Vile)

I need to doodle the evolved forms, but it would be a bat design to counter Togetic and Togekiss being angel themed.
