There's no fangame/romhack of any pokemon game that tried mature themes and succeeded. It's difficult to write a darker story for pokemon and not sound like autistic ramblings with "fuck" and "shit" being repeated every 2 lines. On the other hand, I'm interested what a mature Pokemon game would be like if it were written by a competent writing team.
