>anything with ProtectHow about M-Kangaskhan's Seismic Toss followed by Protect? Maybe Breloom's Focus Punch followed by Protect?
>status stackingZen Headbutt + Iron Head + Heart Stamp Jirachi. If my math is right it would have 90,4% chance to flinch.
>Block + memesCould be simple Block with Perish Song and Protect. Could be Block with Growl and Confide.
>Swagger + Foul Play in one turnShedinja: Protect/Endure -> Swords Dance -> Mind Reader -> Final Gambit>>36318714~88% chance to flinch. Less than what I wrote but still insane. The funnier thing would be seeing someone leave because the animation would be too long.
