Final team would be a postgame team and Sandstorm is already set up so everyone has Abilities triggered by Sandstorm.
At first it was meant to be the final gym leader with a Tyranitar as his ace but when making the early game teams I will understand the >muh pseudo at gym 1 but Larvitar is a rock and slow pokemon so any Water/Grass type can OHKO it pretty easily.
