I've never liked 'monstrous' depictions of Mewtwo like in Origins, doesn't match him. His portrayal in the first movie is always how I've seen him.

Sometimes as rebelled pokemon looking for a place in the world, other times as robotic drones carrying out their one purpose.I've always liked to imagine Genesect as a mindless killing machine that does anything its creators asked, before probably becoming sapient and escaping. Along with coming in groups, I think it and Mewtwo both have their places on the man made killer pokemon spectrum.
