>>37155468It's a very divisive game within the series because of it being far more open than many people would've liked, and thus the main plotline isn't as deep or intricate as it could be. Though that doesn't take into account that the lore, sidequests, and worldbuilding are some of the deepest in any game this millenium. It's also brutally difficult compared to most other RPGs this decade, especially compared to post Gen-5 Pokemon. Bosses have huge KD ratios. Some nearly have as many wins as they have deaths. Remember, all wins/losses to tyrants are recorded as long as you're connected to the internet, so that's how you get tyrants like pic related with 6 kills for every death they have.
