In addition, if a soft imprint of this animal, or a similar animal to this was found with feathers (like they find raptor specimens, some feathered because they are better preserved and others with no feathers because they aren't as well preserved), it would be shown with feathers, and as swans live near water sources, if one drowned it has a higher change of ending up with some fossilized soft tissue imprints and feather imprints because it would get covered my earth much easier.
