This would dex would have 3 different game version where both the main quest and the side quests would be quite different. For example you'd be able to get a Feebas from a side quest in the red version only. And you'd start off with Exeggcute, Vulpix or Shellder. Then after the intial battle against friends/rival you'd get an Eevee from your parents as a present. Then later on you'd be able to get the choice to evolve the Eevee into one of his evolutions much like how you were able to do so in Pokemon XD.
