The only thing I hate about these games is the baffling decision to replace Giovanni's Rhydon with a Rhyhorn in his gym battle. It's not like it was a stupidly overpowered Pokemon that kept kids from making it to the end of the game, and both Rhyhorn and Rhydon die the second a Water type (or anything with Surf, which you need to get to the previous Gym) sneezes on them. It's just such an unnecessary change and I can't think of a reason for why they'd do that.
