i have figured out a compromise for the dexcuts. i propose that all legacy single-stage, fully evolved, legendary and mythical pokémon continue to be included in all future games, but at the cost of their pre-evolved stages. this means your can transfer your dustox, drapion etc, without having to waste resources over and over for NFE shit no one cares about. anything not in the regional dex can be transfer-only. what do you guys think
