The story of black and white were incredibly stupid, like it's hard to comprehend that it was made by the same company that made the older games. Team plasma were an order of magnitude stupider than aqua and magma. There's people who think it was a good story choice for N's ability to talk to Pokemon being a result of him being left in the woods as a baby so that he could learn to communicate with Pokemon so that ghetsis could take control of a legendary dragon Pokemon in a convoluted plot to take over the world. And the game has you play as the literal chosen one.
The Pokemon are the ugliest in the entire series, and the looping pixelated battle animations are garbage. The whole gen was bad and you know it.
Gamefreak really phoned it in with those games.
