I-I gave him a Level 3 Pikachu I got from some Japanese Girl
I picked it because I showed the Pikachu to the Memory Girl outside the Pokémon Center, and she said the Pokémon had been happy playing with its original trainer but became nervous after it was Wonder Traded. It had been sitting in a Box the entire game, so I wanted it to be happy with someone again.
I'm feeling entirely too emotional about this.
