My one biggest piece of advice is to always run 4 Rare Candy in a deck that relies on it. It's very easy to lose them, or have them prized, or just not draw into them when you need them. There's no way to recycle items.
I'd like to fit in a fourth Turbo and a Super Rod, but the deck's tight as it is.
