no egg moves, passive disabled (not that regenerator would help on a solo run), and starmie does it anyway. early game was hell with no moves and an RNG-reliant evolution, and i died quite a few times, but once i got an early water stone and then pulled a memory shroom to get an actual move things started to pick up steam.
moveset was psychic/meteor beam/recover/cosmic power. standard stuff, set up cosmic power then meteor beam for special attack boosts.
kind of a high-roll run with my twistedspoon luck, but whatever.
