Just imagine for a second going back in time to /vp/ in 2012 and saying "in a few years time the new Pokemon games will abolish gender from character selection so as to not offend transgender people". People would have just treated you as a shitposting troll. It would have read like those copypastas you used to see 10 years ago that went something like:

But somehow the things we just joked about a decade ago, have become the reality in 2022. The things which were parody a few years ago are now unironically coming true.
It's just such a fucking weird situation to be in. Even for those Anons who think this is a good thing for whatever reason, you have to admit how utterly strange it is that this kind of Tumblr gender ideology went from being some fringe shit that only existed on the internet back in 2014, to the mainstream ideology of the entire western world in 2022.
