The only think she could really do in VGC is be an awkward Trick Room user because she's too slow to be slow and to fast to be fast. Even when they added Hidden Abilitied she got screwed because Telepathy is only useful situationally, so that was another wasted gen.
If they really want to claim they're adding gimmicks to make older Pokemon viable in the meta, fine, but I wish they'd actually do that. If not I'd at least like some actually usable moves or a flat stat buff.
