The schizo devs are testing it out and patching some last minute bugs, mind you, we could have already gotten v13.5 by this point if Jan wasn't busy taking a "vacation" at the last minute. Also, to add even further credence to that joke of Jan trooning out to try and look like Melia, he changed his profile name to "estroJan", which sounds like estrogen, that's to say nothing of the fact his profile pic is now a nigger version of Melia.
