Got my 2nd Gold medal with the Battle Hall.
Only took 2 attempts with Garchomp, I don't know why people say they gotta use 2 Garchomps with different movesets, all I needed was:
>Outrage
>Earthquake
>Firefang
>Crunch
I used the Focus Sash, which saved my life a couple times, for most of it, except against grass where I used the Choice Band due to that Bellossom which paralyzed me to death on my 1st attempt.
I think I got lucky because Argenta used 2 mons that were weak to my Earhtquake: Lucario and Flaeron.
Also, fight 169 was against Slaking. I knew I should have done Normal earlier but whatever.
I think only won because I got lucky and Slaking was "loafing around"; although I don't know how the "loafing around" mechanic works exactly so I'm not sure.
