>>46211360This whole post makes no sense to me. Just because the Pokemon weren't originally discovered in Galar doesn't mean they aren't native to there. It's literally that it's just a game, but lore wise, Charmander very well could've been discovered in Galar. Also the game LITERALLY acknowledges that you're champion, not Leon. It enforces this way more than old games. You can also read about the Gym Leaders aspirations in their League Cards, and they do help defend the region in the post game. The culture of Galar isn't Leon and Charizard, it's the gym challenge and pokemon battles, that's pretty obvious. You don't have to like Galar, but at least fact check before you make idiotic posts about it.
