Good move, but Owl is way too squishy and immobile to use it. You can't kite properly with the character and your hp is the lowest in the game, even pikachu can dive you and win.

Awful move even with the buffs, sure pushing people away is nice but then they can just run at you again or back off. It needs much larger range and cover a wider angle. You can't push people like Mr Mime can
>Spirit Shackle
Doesn't do enough damage, Solarbeam is chunkier. It's better than razor though, atleast you can stay at a safe distance.
>Shadow Sneak
Good but you can't control who it goes onto i think which is weird, also the cooldown is insanely long. I think Decidueye should be unstoppable or immune to damage during a short period when he uses it. The cooldown being 12 makes me think the move needs more.
