The other items on the menu (Miltank Cheese Pizza and Chansey Omelette) are directly named after the Pokemon because those are things that can be obtained without harming them. Yet the steak is called "Take-Down Steak", Take Down being a move Tauros is known for using, to "censor" the fact that a Tauros was killed to make it.
