I'm really shocked by the boot-licking lack of standards. I checked out at X & Y and it baffles me to see SV being hailed as the pinnacle of the series; what's more, the widespread amount of misplaced blame. People will blame the Switch, they'll (rightfully) blame TPC, they'll even blame Nintendo, but they won't blame Game Freak. Game Freak, the studio whose incompetence is literally legendary thanks to Iwata and HAL, the studio whose creative directors who have gone on the record saying things like
>I wouldn't have high expectations for Pokemon
>We're competing with phone games for children's attention
the studio who released Little Town Hero and Giga Wrecker. Why is it so hard for people to admit that Game Freak just plain sucks, TPC or no TPC?
