Silver should of inherited the role of leader of Team Rocket from his dad Giovanni but instead the role got given to an executive who didn't even have a name until the gen 2 remakes gave him one.
Archer really thought changing his uniform from black to white would make him unique but he's still in uniform like any old team rocket grunt. Giovanni always wore a suit because he was the boss, he was in charge, you never saw him walking around in a team rocket uniform, at most he will have team rockets logo on his breastpocket like he did in the let's go games but that's about it.
I would of preferred it if Team Rocket in gen 2 was lead by Giovanni's brother, if he has one. Just imagine, Giovanni has a brother called Giovinni who lived on a tropical island before taking the role of leader of Team Rocket, he wears a Hawaiian shirt and likes to barbeque, he gives you a big manly hug whenever he meets you.
