Naruto, etc)The only reason Naruto doesn't work with Pokemon is because people can already do jutsus and summon magical animals in it. If the fic was done right (Naruto characters in the Pokemon world instead of Pokemon in the Naruto world, or Naruto characters getting isekai'd) it wouldn't be that bad.
The idea I'm bouncing around in my head is Naruto starting off his journey with an overleveled (60+ before the first gym) Ninetales that his dead mom used to own, but it doesn't listen to him because he doesn't have enough badges.
