Guyana would be interesting due to Mew lore. They could even call it Holon if they wish.
The region I would like to see the most would like to see would be Tohoku however, to have something between Kanto and Sinnoh. It would also be interesting to see an original Japanese region again where they can really push the culture like they did with Kalos and Alola.
