With Greninja at least you could argue that elemental Ninpo are a thing and Ninjas in folklore have a mastery over the elements, being Japan's personal FUCK YOU to Wizards by being adept at magic and also being proficient in martial arts.
But THIS? It's a fucking Football player, for fucks sake. If they really wanted to shill it THIS hard (as if having Hyper Beam Jr. feat. No Recharge Times and chance to burn along with other signature move that magically places enemies traps back onto them and gives their screens to you because FUCK YOU, that's why), then at least make it busted in a way that makes fucking sense. There are offensive and defensive positions in Soccer/Football, so if you really want to excuse Libero, give it a reskin of King's Shield where he can change from Hyper-Defense to Hyper-Offense based on the move used. That would still be busted and at least make sense according to its theme.
