>>44327752>>44327892I mean you eventually figure it out if you stick with it and do a bit of research, but this game is based on the Pokemon IP. All the stuff you need to progress the mainline games such as EXP, money, and, to a lesser extent IVs you get by just playing the game.
All this might be standard fare for similar games but I think most people (or at least the bigger market) are picking up the game because they play Pokemon games, not other gachas, so they should streamline all these mechanics with that in mind.
